General Overview

  • Speeko for Business allows teams to purchase multiple licenses at a discounted rate, making it easy to provide communication training for teams of any size. Each team member receives full access to Speeko’s premium features, offering the same in-app experience as an individually purchased subscription.

  • Speeko is available on iOS, macOS, and web browsers (which has compatibility for desktop and Android devices). Native Android support is coming soon.

Security & Privacy

  • Speeko follows enterprise-grade security protocols, including data encryption and compliance with privacy regulations, to ensure that your information remains safe and protected.

  • You retain full ownership of your audio data in Speeko. It is never sold and cannot be accessed without your permission. By default, we do not use your audio data to improve our AI models.

    With our Zero Data add-on, your audio data is never stored on our servers. It is processed in real-time and used only to provide private feedback and coaching to team members.

  • Yes, we support most major SSO providers.

Pricing & Billing

  • Pricing is based on the number of seats you purchase, with larger plans offering greater discounts. For a customized quote, use this pricing tool to estimate costs based on your team size.

  • When purchasing Speeko for your team, the total cost is billed upfront for the full year using the payment method provided at checkout. The subscription is activated immediately and will automatically renew at the end of each annual billing period.

    We do not provide monthly billing or billing based on usage. We recommend assessing your team’s needs before purchasing to ensure the appropriate number of seats. You can transfer seats to new employees or add additional seats at any time, but the total number of seats cannot be reduced during the billing period.

  • We accept ACH payments as well as most major credit and debit cards through our website. At this time, we do not support invoicing, purchase orders, or payment by check.

  • Setup fees may apply depending on the add-ons selected, such as Single Sign-On (SSO), team training sessions, and Zero Data.

Getting Started & Access

  • We do not offer trial access to Speeko for Business. You can schedule a product tour with our sales team here.

  • Your subscription begins immediately upon purchase and will auto-renew annually unless canceled. After completing your purchase, you’ll gain access to the Speeko Admin Portal, where you can manage team enrollment. Simply upload your team’s email addresses, and they will receive instructions to activate their Speeko accounts.

    Team members can redeem their seats at any time while the subscription is active. However, the renewal date remains fixed based on the original purchase date, regardless of when seats are activated.

  • Yes, we offer onboarding support as add-ons to help your team get started with Speeko. This includes team training sessions, access to getting started guides, and live webinars to ensure a smooth adoption process.

Managing Your Subscription

  • The person who completes the purchase will be designated as the account administrator within the Speeko Admin Portal. Additional administrators can be added after the initial setup.

    When selecting the total number of seats, include all employees who will receive Speeko as a benefit. Administrators do not need to be included in this count unless they also require access to Speeko’s premium features.

  • Yes, administrators can update the list of enrolled employees at any time through the Speeko Admin Portal. If a team member leaves, their seat can be reassigned to a new employee. However, the total number of purchased seats cannot be decreased until the next renewal period.

  • Yes, additional seats can be purchased at a prorated rate through the Speeko Admin Portal. However, seat reductions can only be made at the time of renewal.

  • Yes, Speeko for Business subscriptions are set to renew annually. You can disable auto-renewal at any time through the Speeko Admin Portal.

Team Engagement

  • Yes, the Speeko Admin Portal provides insights into team engagement, including participation rates, speech improvement trends, and usage analytics. These reports help you measure the impact of Speeko’s training on your team.

  • By default, you do not have access to your team’s audio data. Team members must explicitly opt in to share their audio data.
