To celebrate our third year as sponsors of the Toastmasters International Convention, we just released a brand new feature: Countdown Colors.

For Toastmasters who are familiar with the Timer role and timing cards/lights, you’ll feel right at home with this feature!

How does it work?

When you activate Countdown Colors for a recording, a color indicator will appear on screen when you approach the time limit for your recording.

The color indicator follows the timing guidelines for common Toastmaster speeches.

For speeches 2 minutes or less:

• Green when 1 minute remains

• Yellow when 30 seconds remains

• Red when 0 seconds remain

For speeches longer than 2 minutes:

• Green when 2 minutes remains

• Yellow when 1 minute remains

• Red when 0 seconds remain

How to turn on Countdown Colors

1. Go to the Record tab

2. Tap "Speech"

3. Toggle on "Time limit"

4. Toggle on "Time limit warning"
